Ranveer Singh to pay tribute to Amitabh Bachhan in TOIFA Dubai

Bollywood star Ranveer Singh will be on the stage at the Times Of India Film Awards (TOIFA) in Dubai in a tribute to megastar Amitabh Bachchan. This was revealed by Shiamak Davar who is choreographing the performances for the event to be held on March 18 at the Dubai International Stadium.
This has been reported in indianexpress.com dated 15 March 2016.
Ranveer Singh, the “Band Baaja Baaraat” actor has flexible dancing moves and he will be grooving to multiple songs that have defined Big-B over his four-decade-long career in Hindi films. As indicated by Shiamak Davar, this will give a chance to Ranveer to show off his acting prowess also.
Davar explained that Ranveer is an actor and the songs selected do not require too much of dance but require elements of ‘how Amitabh would react to these songs’. The songs will not only be just a dance, but include a lot of acting as well. Ranveer has chosen all the songs, which in his opinion would be representative of Amitabh Bachchan.
