Sale of tickets of the Glastonbury festival went online and, it took just 32-minutes for all the 120,000 tickets be sold out. Obviously, thousands of festival goers were left disappointed. The tickets priced at £228 went on sale at 9am and, 32 minutes later, they were all gone.
This has been reported in news.sky.com dated 4 October 2015.
Of course, in October 2014 it took only 14 minutes for total sellout.
As Emily Eavis, co-organiser of the festival and daughter of its founder Michael Eavis, has thanked everyone for their incredible support and expressed regret for those who missed out.
The lineup of the artists is not known but, Adele and Coldplay are the top bets, with the Foo Fighters also hot favorites after pulling out of this year's event when front man Dave Grohl broke his leg. Moreover, ACDC, Blur and Fleetwood Mac are also being tipped to perform.
