Justin Bieber lays down ground rules for fans seeking selfie with him

Justin Bieber, the 21-year-old Canadian singer is in Melbourne and he has laid down a few ground rules for his fans who want to take a selfie with him. He did this after he was mobbed by dozens of screaming teenagers in Australia.
This has been reported in news.sky.com dated 28 September 2015.
He has sent across his message via social media like Snapchat and has told his audience to show him respect. He also warned that if youngsters scream too loudly, he would be less likely to appear in a photo with them.
He has asked his followers to consider the real reasons why they choose to gather in large numbers almost everywhere he goes. The video footage appears to have been filmed in the rear of a limo on the streets of Melbourne. Bieber is here to promote his latest single.
One of his pointed questions is - why did you travel to see me in the first place, was it really to see me, or to get that moment of you seeing me so that you could tell people about it?
The videos coincide with the star's successful comeback – he has achieved his first chart-topping single with What Do You Mean.
