This has been reported in news.sky.com dated 8 September 2015.
The plot begins with an Ian Fleming premise that James Bond is sent to the dangerous Nürburgring race track in Germany where he has to foil a plot to kill a British racing driver. But, James Bond stumbles into another plot which threatens the entire world.
Goldfinger was Ian Fleming's seventh book in the series and he finally went on to write 14 in total and, since his death in 1964, six authors have taken on the series with varying degrees of success.
Incidentally, several attempts were made to modify the character of James Bond and make him a modern man who gives up cigarettes, takes of his health and has fewer sexual conquests. But, ultimately, Bond remains Bond and the film series has enjoyed a boost in recent years with Daniel Craig portraying the title character.
