Virat Kohli scores a century against Afghanistan in Asia Cup 2022, India registers a convincing win

India beat Afghanistan by 101runs in the Asia Cup 2022 held in Dubai. One highlight of this huge win was the century of Virat Kohli. It was his maiden T20I century. He was promoted to open the batting and he proved his worth. India was in a precarious situation and might have been eliminated from the tournament. Kohli (33) remained unbeaten on 122 runs off 61 balls and helped the men in blue to post a score of 212/2 in 20 overs against Afghanistan. Kohli hit 12 boundaries and six sixers (over boundaries). Afghanistan was no match for India. Bhuvneshwar Kumar picked up five wickets and wrecked the opponents. Incidentally, he claimed the five wickets for just four runs in his four overs. It devastated the Afghanistan team and India registered a massive win to end the tournament on a high.

Shakti Kapoor holds his audience spellbound in the Khandagiri Yatra


The Khandigiri Yatra is on in Bhubaneswar and 59-yeasr-old Bollywood baddie actor Shakti Kapoor held the 5000-strong crowd spellbound with his dancing prowess. He matched steps with a bevy of young girls who danced to beats of the item number, Muu sexy king, Tuu sexy queen.

Shakti Kapoor is one of the most sought-after Hindi film villains of the 1980s and 1990s and he literally set thestage on fire with his superb dancing skills. His audience threw their shirts on to the stage, and others stood up and showed their appreciation by sounding loud wolf whistles. Shakti, in response, blew kisses to the audience.
He will be here at Khandagiri for another 12 days and there are plans for Rakhi Sawant and Ameesha Patel to perform live on February 7 and February 10.
The Khandagiri Mela is famous for drawing popular actors and actresses to the yatra ground who come and impart momentum to the yatra world.
