British rock band Coldplay to peform in Mumbai on World Toilet Day November 19th

It has been confirmed that British rock band Coldplay will perform in Mumbai on November 19 on the occasion of World Toilet Day - it will be the debut edition of the Global Citizen Festival. The organizers have refuted reports that tickets for the fest have been set at astronomical prices.
This has been reported in thestatesman.com dated 10 September 2016.
In 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had participated in the Global Citizen Festival in New York and, next year, in 2015, Chris Martin had met the Prime Minister to discuss Swachh Bharat, Namami Gange and Beti Bachao - Beto Padhao. This program in Mumbai appears to be the result.
Coldplay consists of Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion. Martin had visited India last year for the Global Poverty Project to oversee innovative projects addressing sanitation in local communities and is the curator for the Global Citizen Festival. The organizers have said that like its annual festival in Central Park, entry to the Indian Festival will be free.
